In todays candidate-driven market, skilled workers can have multiple offers on the table. Prof essionals may not need to put up with a lengthy or stressful trip to the office if there are better options available. To help ease commuting woes, companies can offer remote work options, flexible scheduling or transportation amenities.What employers do to combat commuting issuesBut while 39% surveyed say that their commute has gotten better within the past five years, 22% said its worse, and 39% said theres been no change.
